I was a little nervous on this purchase at first because this was the cheapest I had found this particular chair that I wanted online.. But I live in a small town and sometimes the idea of buying out of town freaks me out a little bit, but I wanted this particular chair. For a good price. I found that the purchase was really easy to make online and that they contacted me very shortly after first via email to confirm the purchase and then also to talk about the next steps of arranging the delivery. I found that the delivery was really quick and I had the chair in my home I’d say within the week. We just have to assemble the chair ourselves, which was fine. But I’m thrilled

The customer service from Furniture Depot was outstanding. Amy, the salesperson, provided excellent communication and assistance throughout the ordering process. I also got a price match, (I was pleasantly surprised that the incentives advertised on their website are genuine). Everything was handled professionally. The delivery was seamless—they called 30 minutes before arriving and were prompt and efficient. The couch itself, made by Ashley, appears to be of high quality. Time will tell how well it holds up, but overall, I had a fantastic experience and will definitely be ordering again!
