Great response!! My wife and I were on a Florida RV trip and when heading to Sanibel for the weekend, had an issue with our bedroom slide! Called the dealer and got no help because they were booked up. Matrix saved the weekend stay by coming to the park on Saturday morning!!! Although they couldn’t get the part during our short stay, they came back out early Monday to close our slide and help us get on our way!!!!! Great service! They even gave us recommendations on sights and restaurants!

I cannot say enough great things about the Matrix Mobile Team! They have helped me address multiple repairs with my RV over the past months. Every time they have been prompt, professional and very knowledgeable when working with our warranty company. I'm a snowbird and my RV is 1250 miles away, you have no idea of the piece of mind I have knowing that I have a partner such as Matrix Mobile that shows up on time and does exactly what they say they'll do. Sadly, I cannot recommend this place. Less than one year later after paying a good chunk to have all my windows redone on my Class C RV, here we are in rainy season and water is coming through the front window. I asked them numerous times to use as much product as the wanted to, and that the aesthetics were the least of my worries. I had suspected they were not going hard enough on the sealant and I was correct. Not to mention, I paid a separate fee to have the seams sealed where the fiberglass meets the capping and it failed while I was on the road, letting water in to the roof area in a cabinet. I even told them that spot needed extra care and was met with a spiel about how they didn't like to leave things "looking" a certain way. Function over form guys. They then returned and I literally had to stop them from leaving because I noticed some spots they did not fix after I called about a repair on the original job. No offense but I had to suggest that the tech get out a ladder and inspect higher. Why he wasn't on one to begin with I have no idea. Yes it's been over a year, so I expect nothing, but the lesson here is "If you want something done right, do it yourself" I might add that they have cancelled multiple appointments with me after saying they'd be there, and one time just plain not showing up. Sorry, I wanted to like this company but I cannot recommend them.

Nathan always comes and is very professional and friendly! He’s very open and very clear every step of the way. And he said our sink has been the biggest to install in a has been the biggest to install in an RV! I think Nathan likes a challenge and lives up to his word! Even kitty was quite impressed!
