After 2 days of calls and on line communication with apple support I did I blind search for help in my area and found myself here and am ever so thankful! For a minimal amount my phone was unfrozen and restored from its previous backup in about an hour. All of my precious photos as well as contacts and apps were saved!!! During the downtime, we enjoyed pleasant conversation which made the time fly by. I highly recommend that anyone needed tech support for make the call or pop in like I did, I don’t think you will be disappointed.
