Extremely satisfied with the treatment provided by Dr. Sudha. She was highly professional, attentive, and clear in addressing all our concerns regarding our child. We are truly grateful for the excellent care and advice received. Thank you once again! Our recent stay had a few concerns we would like to bring to your attention:- Mosquitoes were a persistent issue as the doors were often left open. We recommend installing auto-close hinges to help prevent this. Since we have faced this issue during previous stays as well, we felt it important to highlight it. Additionally, we believe the night staff should be more attentive, and with no call button available in rooms, we often had to seek assistance personally. As ours was an admitted case, we expected better facilities — the TV was non-functional, and the toilet floor appeared old and remained dirty despite regular cleaning. That said, apart from these concerns, the rest of the staff were extremely generous, attentive, and took good care of us.

It all started with a visit to the nearest hospital for my wife's pregnancy confirmation. Little did we know, we were about to embark on a magical journey! The hospital's stellar reputation and long-standing service record convinced us to choose it for our baby's grand entrance into the world. Despite a few hiccups with booking appointments for scans and some billing typos, the care we received was nothing short of extraordinary. The nurses, doctors, pharmacy, and administrative staff treated us like royalty. The hospital's policy of encouraging home-cooked food was a delightful touch, helping us recover faster. Dr. Sudha, with her calm and wonderful demeanor, made us feel like we were in the safest hands, without any false promises or corporate gimmicks. This was, hands down, the finest care we've ever experienced at any hospital. Now, three months after our little bundle of joy arrived, both mom and baby are thriving and healthy. We are eternally grateful to the amazing hospital staff and wish them many more years of spreading health and happiness.
