Hi, I've been taking my mother for treatment at Kimaran Hospital for the past several years. The doctors are very polite and kind, and we truly appreciate their care. However, we've consistently faced issues in the emergency department. Whenever my mother has severe pain, we’re advised to visit emergency for an injection. But sadly, the response there has been poor. We recently had to wait 30 minutes just to get an injection placed, despite it being an emergency. The doctors and nurses were present but seemed inattentive and unconcerned, which is extremely frustrating during such critical times. I strongly urge the hospital management to look into this matter. Inattentiveness and delays in the emergency ward are not just unprofessional—they’re dangerous. Please improve your emergency response to ensure the safety and dignity of every patient.
