Really enjoyed working with Britney (sales), Brittany (finance) and Alex (sales manager). Also every other staff member was very pleasant as well. Thanks again to Anthony for gifting a toy to my daughter she absolutely wants to bring it almost everywhere we go. We had been looking at other locations to trade my car in but hadn't found the right place until we came into Kitchener Chrysler and had our eyes set on the Blazer RS. Chris was unable to attend the first night that I went for a test drive and because I really wanted this particular vehicle they were able to hold it with a down-payment until Chris was able to come the next day to test drive it himself before we moved forward with the trade in. We of course loved it so much we traded my VW jetta in. Britney and Brittany made it such a smooth process. Also because we looked at the SUV in the evenings and once we got it home in the daylight we noticed the hood had more stone chips that we had overlooked so we emailed them right away and Alex was happy to put an order in to have the SUV come in and get it fixed up. We recommend coming in either to purchase a new or used vehicle 😊 if we could rate higher than 5 stars, we would give them a 10!! Thanks, Amber & Chris 😊

You made the whole experience a next level easy breezy process. I want to also thank Shawn and Justin as well as the front desk girls Hands down the best dealership I have ever step on, feel like they are a big family and they are super friendly and helpful.
