Went to drop off a large package on the weekend and was told they don’t accept big parcels. The associate claimed this was written on their Google page but I checked thoroughly, and there’s nothing mentioned anywhere. After reading other reviews, I realized I’m not the only one who had this issue. This location seems to make up policies that aren’t communicated and doesn’t appear interested in actually helping customers. Avoid this store if you need reliable UPS service, especially for anything larger than a small box. Very disappointing.

I had a collection of 1940's storybooks with records that I wanted to ship to my husband's grandson who has 6 month old identical twin girls. These stories with their accompanying records were read to my sister and me when we were very small and I was so pleased that this was still considered valuable and desired by the modern generation. Sam, at the UPS store near Masonville in London took tremendous care in packing these fragile and personally valuable items. He wrapped everything in a way that I would not have thought to do. I appreciated his concern and understanding that these were not just valuable as a collectors item but personally valuable to me. I am sure they will arrive safely. I always have good service when I go to my UPS store #24.
