We had an exceptional experience with Manchester Elite from Larry the Builder to his wife Susan and the project manager Michael. They made us feel like family and we’re easy to work with. We had custom builds placed in our home that get tons of compliments anytime anyone comes to our house. They were attentive to our needs, patient with his and built us a beautiful quality home. I would definitely use them again.

We had a great experience with Manchester Homes. They custom built our home during Covid and I waited to give a review because I wanted to see if they stood behind their Builder Home Warranty, and they did. The communication was great. The timeline was met. The overall build turned out amazing. We had our plans drawn up for a few years but could not find the right builder....I am a Realtor so I get the bonus of walking through homes every day and seeing the difference in quality between each builder was such a crucial part of our decision. One day I walked into a Manchester home that had a very similar layout to our plans we had drawn up and I couldn't believe it...it had everything we wanted....we were adamant on having a 3000+ sq ft home all on 1 level. Most builders tried to push us to do a 2 story but that's not what we wanted. When I made the call to Manchester homes, they never once tried to push us on to something else...The Owner said he could build anything we put on paper and he did just that :0) He took the time to speak with me over the course of a year before we signed with him....and that says alot about Larry. He cares. Not only did he take my phone calls for 2yrs years (from start to finish) but he was always so kind. He understands that this entire process is stressful and he truly is there to help along the way. He and his company will be recommended by my family to anyone looking to build a beautiful, one of a kind, custom home. Thank you for doing a wonderful job and for putting up with my very time consuming phone calls :0) You earned 5 stars in every way possible from us! Can't wait to build again with you in the future! We did a custom build with Manchester and are very happy with everything! Larry and Michael were both great to work with and were always available throughout the whole process. Larry was very mindful about draws from the construction loan. Often times, the draws were months after the work had been done. We saved about $4,000 due to this! Michael was very responsive to our needs and did everything he could for us. We enjoyed the process thanks to Larry and Michael!

I have known Larry and Susan for over 25 years. Saying that, Larry has never personally built a home for me. Larry has helped me with a remodel, this isn’t something he would normally do but he was there every step, from helping with the contractor, to staying and over seeing the project as if it was his own home undergoing a facelift.
