Customer experiences
Stopped by Back Road Coffee Roasters — a really cute store with a busy, energetic vibe that gave the perfect coffee shop feel. 🧆 Food: I had a lemon bar, which was the perfect morning treat, while my wife got a raspberry maple oat scone and an americano. She said both were well made, and everything tasted fresh and flavorful. 👥 Service: The staff were awesome and like a well-oiled machine, super polite, and attentive to all the customers. Service was smooth even with the busy crowd. 🎨 Aesthetic: The shop has lots of indoor and outdoor seating, including a separate room for sitting. The counter area is nicely laid out, making the space feel open and easy to navigate.
There is something magical about a local cafe ☕️. You can feel the cohesiveness and vibe of a community within these walls. To support a local business is an extra bonus too 👍. And I truly love the fact that their drink prices includes the tax already. Very similar to Europe and Asia. This is very refreshing IMHO. I was here late morning on a Saturday and the place was busy and packed. The space is very cozy and eclectic. People were meeting up and enjoying the company with conversations etc. The baked goods are very fresh and tasty 😋. You cannot go wrong with any of the offerings here. My London Fog was expertly made and my wife enjoyed their popular CB Float. It is a wonderful neighbourhood cafe. I will be back 💯 % 😉 Happy eats everyone 😎
I would add my voice to the general chorus of reviews about Back Road Coffee Roasters. It is a delightful local café with great decor and a reasonably generous patio space. Given its location right across from the railway tracks, it feels urban, but also quiet and leafy. An interesting combination in Port Credit. On this occasion, I ordered a Cortana and my friend ordered an Americano. We also ordered a chocolate croissant, which, unfortunately, was a bit stale. However, the café staff quickly replaced it when we requested and the banana bread which we ended up having was excellent. My Cortado was perfect. It was smooth chocolaty and very hot. My friends Americano was excellent also so,all in all, the quality of the coffee here is outstanding. I am glad to hear other reviewers say they have good coffee to take home so next time I'm in I will certainly grab a bag for home brewing. An excellent coffee spot in Port Credit!
Stupendous coffee shop! Really good tasting coffee and lots of pastry options. The staff are very friendly and service is rather quick. They have a nice atmosphere too with plenty of seating. Highly recommend.
