I come fairly regularly to exchange my CO2 cylinders but this time around I had an issue with one of them. The nice lady Elisa helped me over the phone and in person to swap the cylinders and it worked out great.

It use to be a furniture store and last year it became Beanwise. I sauntered into the store to be joyously greeted by Karen, the founder's daughter. Her father has been in the bean business for over two decades and this was their third store. She rhymed of a list of coffee beans i could sample. So many beans to try and so little time to indulge. "I thought that the building was being demolished." I said. "No," she responded with a large smile. "We just signed another one year lease." Do try the beans before the building is gone.

The staff were very patient and helpful. I can tell that they are passionate about teaching the public about coffee beans, like acidity and oil levels. Great shopping experience and I learned at bunch.

I’m speechless to how they handle my online order, where I made a mistake ordering a wrong type of beans. They promptly sent me another batch order with no cost! Thank you so much
