I have called on Loftin on two separate occasions. The first one was to reset a toilet. Reasonable price. However, the next day it started leaking and Shelbi sent the serviceman out again which was on a weekend to remedy the problem. A couple years later, I called to get a quote for a new water heater. I received the price within several minutes. Another company I called it took a few days! The price was very competitive and they could install the next day. I had Loftin install and I was impressed that they changed out the lines to copper and included a new pan. Loftin will be my go-to plumber from now on.

Although our issue is not going to be a quick fix from the rental management company oak leaf to the plumbing company they were all right on the issue and they communicated with one another as well as with me in a very timely manner. And I would also like to mention how great I think it is that before a plumber comes to you. You will receive a text notification with arrival time and a picture of the person they are sending as well as some back ground information about this person. I thought that was a great added touch. !!
