This is one of my regular yoga instructors and I love her classes. I love that she integrates authenticity for each individual who takes her classes. My favorite class is the Friday class. It's juicy!! Deep, but gentle stretching, breathing, singing bowls, and she will sing/chant sometimes. Her voice is angelic and offers great relaxation and meditation. Unlike many yoga instructors, Michelle shows up as authentically herself, not the normal stereo type of twisty, bendy, perfect, virtue box standing instructors. She has her own edge and she rocks it!!! I would give her 5 stars over and over again!

Michelle meets every student where they are! I feel supported and welcome in every class and intentionally plan my gym days around her schedule. I have enjoyed her power yoga, VIBE, and vinyasa flow classes at Sessions Wellness in Norwich. As someone new to hot yoga who is building up her strength, I never feel judged in Michelle’s classes (even when I’m running late).
