Great service with Mr Irfan Shaikh. I could not find the car in my province. So I went to Ajax. It took me only one week to take the deal. The car is clean. I did not negotiate the price because it was already good. He responds to every question quickly.

I’ve had a highly frustrating and unacceptable experience with Lexus of Lakeridge, and I want to make sure others are aware before bringing their vehicle here. On December 31, 2024, my vehicle displayed a “Check Hybrid System” warning. My private mechanic diagnosed a failed electric water pump and purchased the replacement directly from Lexus of Lakeridge. In June 2025, the exact same problem occurred. The part was still under warranty, but I was told I had to pay a $200 diagnostic fee for Lexus to even consider processing it. I dealt with a service advisor named Kason, who was dismissive, unprofessional, and immediately blamed the issue on “incorrect installation,” refusing to honor the warranty. The Parts Manager, not the service department, is the one who actually stepped up. He confirmed the part was under warranty, ordered the replacement, and had it installed. However, Lexus kept my $200 diagnostic fee, even though they acknowledged the part was faulty. Then in October 2025, the water pump failed for a third time. When I returned to Lexus of Lakeridge, I was given days of runaround: unreturned calls, being transferred repeatedly, and inconsistent explanations. When I finally spoke to Kason again, he denied that Lexus had ever replaced the pump, despite the fact that I have text message proof from the Parts Manager confirming it. This time, the dealership claimed the water pump “wasn’t the issue,” yet they didn’t charge a diagnostic fee — which completely contradicts their previous position and made it clear they were avoiding responsibility. I had the vehicle towed back to my private mechanic, who confirmed — again — that the electric water pump was the problem. So Lexus simply refused to honor a valid warranty repair, for the second time. Because of this, I had to pay out of pocket for a repair that Lexus should have covered. The lack of accountability, integrity, and basic customer service at this dealership is unacceptable. The communication was inconsistent, the service advisor was dismissive, and the dealership repeatedly tried to avoid honoring their warranty obligations. I strongly do not recommend Lexus of Lakeridge. If you need warranty service, go to any other Lexus dealership. I will also be filing a complaint with Lexus Corporate Canada regarding this situation.

I am beyond impressed with the Presidential Detail package from Lakeridge Lexus. In particular I want a note the very friendly, knowledgeable, and caring Kyle who oversaw the entire process of the vehicle. He also noted that for being only a year old and a dark color I take very good care of this car.
