I've had very good experiences here since my doctor moved to this clinic. It is clean, and well organized! The doctors in walk in's have been lovely and very helpful, and the ladies at the front desk have been very patient and professional. I really enjoy the convenience of the pharmacy beside the clinic as well. Nothing but good things to say! Say hi to Dr Minish from the girls at Sure Health Radiology! <3

Elegance Personified

The doctors in this clinic are understanding, compassionate and professional. The staff is the rudest, most unprofessional, liars and bully the patient. The downfall of this clinic is their admin staff. They think they are the rulers of the universe and they can control the doctors and the patients. It seem like they are suffering from a complex that they are not doctors so they try to cope with this inferiority complex by bullying and intimidating the patients, by exerting extreme control and manipulation. The doctors do not know what is happening at the front. Please share with your doctor. I feel bad for these great doctors who have such unprofessional rude people and bullies sitting at the front desk. Make complaint about them to the doctor each time they do such a thing.

Coming from a healthcare background, some of the receptionists here need to take a class in empathy. I have sat in that waiting room and listened to the way they talk to some people and wanted to speak up for the person they were talking to. They will not go out of their way to help you even if you are having a hard time, speak to everyone like they are children and just seem rude/condescending but when they are talking to each other they laugh/smile and have a good time. Keep in mind everyone there is coming because they need help or are having a hard time. Being empathetic and kind could be the one thing that makes their day a little better. The drs here have been great and it is a clean place, if they had new front end staff it would be 5 stars.

This clinic used to be fantastic, now it is hit or miss. Dr. Abid should be avoided at all costs. She is extremely unprofessional! We attended walk-ins, she ordered an x-ray (completed on the spot in the clinic), and then she refused to give us the x-ray results and told us we'd get them 3 days later (this was for suspected broken bone mind you). I'm not sure how it's ok to let a patient walk around with a broken bone, simply because it's a Friday afternoon and she didn't want to do her job (the waiting room was empty, there were no other walk in appointments at the time). It is now 5 days later, she still won't speak to us to give us the results, and we were told to go to a walk in clinic where we are (we're away) to get the results. Unacceptable!
