Doesn't seem to matter if you're a one man consultancy or Fortune 500 company in need of a convenient satellite office space for some of your employees and their equipment.

And when it was time to cancel and refund my membership due to an urgency, I asked them to sort it out. I put the request at 7AM, staff responded to me super fast after that, and by end of day, I received my credit. I know that this is a tiny detail -- but I really appreciated it!
