RareJosh (the community lead) is rude and condescending, making the environment feel unwelcoming. So much potential ruined by a manager who thinks he can talk down on the customers. Read the reviews about terrible customer service on yelp—as the lead he also sets the example for how the rest of his team acts. Been to other WeWorks in SF and was surprised by how from the VERY first interaction with Josh was demeaning. Instead of being willing to help, he actively tries to get smart and make the customer feel stupid. Man needs to be seriously humbled, learn to smile and act nicely, or don't work in customer service. Would have given two stars for the decent space, but because of Josh I'll leave it at 1.

I also enjoy the community team that has been built over time. Each person that works here is very kind and is always ready to help. I have been to several WeWork locations and I am told by my clients and friends this is the best one in town. I would have to agree. I just love it here. : )
