By the look of the comments, this place is an absolute gamble. Unfortunately for me, I had the WORST experience. I went to Leidy a year and a half ago to go lighter. I showed her my inspiration picture and specifically said I did not what to end up orange. After almost 9 hours in the salon, they bleached my hair twice, trying to cover up mistake after mistake. Even when I voiced my concerns on regards of getting that much bleach on my hair in one day, they went on. By the end of the day, I left with a strawberry blond color that looked awful on me and serious worry about the health of my hair. Sure enough, when I washed it the next day, as I imagined, my hair was destroyed. Please take a look at the pictures and see for yourself. Fortunately, they owned up to their mistake and gave my money back the next day. She heard me, was super nice and even offered a treatment, however, to be honest, I would’ve needed years of treatments to even make a dent on the damage. I couldn’t cut it away at the time or else I would’ve had to shave my head. I’m writing this review now because it’s been almost 2 years, and my hair is still fried, no matter how much Olaplex or K18 I put on it. For a place that charges +7000 mxp for a color job on long hair, you are better off going somewhere where you don’t have to worry if it’s going to turn out great or if they are going to mess up this bad. I know mistakes happen, but this mistake has cost me a lot of money and it’s still going to take a while until it’s completely corrected.

Tengo años tratando mi cabello con Leydi, desde la primera vez quedé encantada con lo que hizo, desde cómo revisa el cabello, como lo trata y cómo me trata, siempre es atenta, amable, alegre, cuida cada detalle del proceso y siempre está buscando cómo mejorar en su trabajo y en el servicio al cliente. El salón está bellísimo, se siente un ambiente relajante, las personas que trabajan ahí son igualmente amables, bromistas, atentas, súper profesionales y todo el conjunto es una súper experiencia. Leydi y su equipo son súper profesionales, no te van a hacer lo que no te queda y lo que tu cabello no pueda aguantar (pero eso si, es muy importante mantenerlo cuidado antes y después de ir al salón). En mi opinión, el trabajo es extraordinario, mi cabello no se somete a ninguna decoloración si no es con Leydi, ¡absolutamente recomendable!

Ivan Polo me hizo un super corte y tratamiento en el cabello, el ambiente es muy bueno, agradable, la atención es de primera y los equipos que utilizan están en perfectas condiciones. Me encantó el lugar.
