So I was always happy with this center (always visited the other one before the new address here, but still in polanco) so they did a great job. Today the “boss” was here and tried to make more cash with me. He asked where I was from… so that’s why Im saying he tried to make a higher price. I did three zones Botox last time with them 2022 for 140$ and went back now (I’m from Europe) so I chose this location because I trust them, because they WERE convenient and because I was here in Mexico City. The doc asked me 350$ for 3 zones, I was like nope sorry that’s more than double the price I paid last time. So never going back there. Be careful! For that price I definitely prefer doing it back in Italy or for a very good price in Brazil! No THANK you. NOT HONEST! To your reply: I doubt that I did only one area, for sure 2 or even 3 and I never said that things in Mexico are cheap! And never ment to offend Mexico, I was referring to your service provided today! I think Mexico and all it has to offer is beautiful and I respect every country for its unique being! And I’m sure you might be a doctor with his abilities! Also that there are great other clinics with wonderful treatments. BUT compared to Europe things are more convenient here in Mexico and that’s no secret! The price you offered me today, is not ok, yes! I feel mistreated. How can a price not only double but be more than double in 3 years? That’s impossible!!!! I felt like I’m a tourist coming from abroad and you wanting to ask double the price. Asking me for a hyaluronic acid for undereye treatment 1500$ is very very irregular, too! Yes, you didn’t ask me for money for a consultation, do you think doctors should charge consultations, especially if they were prior clients??? Wow! And also I never said I would take time to think about doing the Botox, I asked you the price for the three zones before doing it (cus I had a feeling), and right when you told me it would be 350$ I told you that’s to much, that the last time I did it it was 140$, you told me that prices increased, never told me about one zone. So I was honest and told you, no thanks, that’s way too much money, that’s more than double, that I would prefer doing it back home then. And you said “no problem” I never talked about thinking about doing the Botox. I told you right away that it was to expensive. Anyways I thank you for your time and I also feel a bit sorry, but the increase of the cost is just way too much and that needed to be said.

Been coming here for many years and the new location is absolutely beautiful. Facials are great and always get some Botox here as well. Can’t beat the new view from the rooms! 10/10 recommended
