Amazing! I went to Ouillette Chiropractic in a great deal of lower back, neck and shoulder pain. Dr. M was awesome! Next day (after my 1st visit) the pain was almost completely gone. Awesome experience! Dr. Mercier along with the team of massage therapists are the best I've had in the 5 years I've been going to chiropractors. They really do take the time to find the cause of the problem. Then they actually try and treat that problem. I'll keep going back. Don't change a thing...... Don't ask for Brian for massage therapy... just kidding. Truly gifted. Never experienced anything like him. It's almost as if these folks actually care.

Nice office and staff. Unfortunately scheduling a massage is a hassle. There is no online scheduling up so you must call the office to do so. There used to be more massage therapists, but they seem to have a high turnover and it takes a few weeks to get in for a late afternoon appointment. Editing my previous comment 2 weeks later after being canceled on once again. I wanted to love this place…I’ve given this place multiple chances, but after three canceled or rescheduled massage appointments in a single month, I’m done. Every time, there’s a new excuse about not being able to find anyone to work. Here’s a thought: if you can’t staff your services, don’t keep booking people and wasting their time. It’s unprofessional and incredibly frustrating. I came here to relax, not to constantly rearrange my busy schedule. I won’t be coming back — and I’d recommend others think twice before booking or you will be disappointed.

I a fairly new to chiropractic care and I started with a different office down the road. I felt like I was treated like I was on an assembly line (wham bam thank you ma'am) so I tried Ouillette Chiropractic on the recommendation from a physical therapist and boy, was I glad I made the change! And, one of my favorite doctors from the other office moved over to Ouillette, which makes me very happy! Love love love the massage therapists they have on staff there and, BONUS, massages are covered by insurance under PT! Lifelong customer here and I have recommended this office to family and friends... :-)
