K-Nai Dog Training has been the greatest investment as a dog owner. Before finding Janice and Nai, life with my dog, Bluey, was nothing but stressful. As a herding breed dog, Bluey was very reactive towards other dogs, cars, birds, squirrels, you name it. I had no hope in getting any of this under control. Until my friends started their training with Janice and Nai, and recommended I book a consultation with them. As a dog owner with no knowledge of basics on training, I was intimidated and even embarrassed before the consultation. However, once we met, Janice and Nai were nothing but friendly, informative, and non-judgmental of me and my dog which really put me at ease. Bluey started a two-week boarding training with Janice and Nai and during those two weeks, they were consistently sending me photos/videos and updates on Bluey’s progress. When Bluey completed her two-week boarding training, Janice and Nai met with me so I could catch up on what she learned and helped us rebuild trust and confidence with each other. Now, walks are more enjoyable and anxiety-free for both of us. With consistent practice, it truly has been a night and day difference in Bluey’s behavior. Her quality of life has positively changed now that we can go on longer walks, public outings, and spend time with our friend’s dogs who have also gone through the same training with Janice and Nai. I am extremely grateful for K-Nai Dog Training. The two of them genuinely care for all the pups that they train and want all their clients to succeed. I felt supported throughout the whole process whenever I had questions or concerns. Janice and Nai changed Bluey and I’s lives and am so happy I was able to work with them. I can’t recommend Janice and Nai enough!

From day one, they showed incredible patience, professionalism, and genuine love for animals. Neizan used to bark, jump on people, and whine constantly; he also struggled with obedience and anxiety. Thanks to their training and support, he is now so much calmer, more obedient, and more confident. We both truly enjoy our walks together, something that used to be very difficult. Without a doubt, contacting Janice and Nai as Neizan trainers was the best decision I could have made for my dog. They not only transformed his behavior but also our relationship. They taught me how to better communicate with him and guide him with love and firmness — and that is priceless. We reached out to Nai & Janice about our cute red dobie, Kimchi. She was previously trained at a board & trained last year so she knew the basics. We as the owners had not been properly trained on how to keep up with training so the knowledge she had was very loose. Nai & Janice helped us build a stronger connect and trust with Kimchi while giving her the confidence in not just herself but us as her pawrents. We are incredibly proud of ourselves and Kimchi for completing the training with Nai & Janice. They helped us without judgement and both are so easy going. Kimchi loved them both and responded well to their trainings. They listened to every concern we had from the start and even walked thru each concern at the end of her training to make sure we had accomplished everything we wanted. We’re so glad we’ve decided to go through the training with Nai and Janice! Our ~1-2 year old rescue dog Chloe was manageable (no severe separation anxiety or fear of people), so we debated whether training was really necessary, or if we could just figure it out on our own. Spoiler alert: there’s no way we could’ve been confident enough to do so. As time went, the list of our pup’s frustrating habits grew - pulling on leash and zig zagging on walks, nipping to get attention, running through open doors, reactive to other dogs, and more. After going through boarding and 3 private sessions, in just over month, our experience with our dog is 100 times more enjoyable. We get to take her so many places with us without it being stressful, and we were able to take down the baby gate! Haha Not only did Nai and Janice taught Chloe everything she needed to know, but they effectively coached us to make sure the training sticks. We now feel confident with what we’re doing, which is important for Chloe to feel confident as well. And it’s fun that we have a toolbox of tried and true things we can work with her on to continue building our bond. Throughout boarding, they sent us updates, and have been very responsive and supportive with any questions that we’ve had since then. You can tell they really care about their furry clients, and enjoy working with them. Love that they also have a way for graduates to stay fresh with monthly pack walks!
