I had a terrible experience with the maintenance team of this property management company. When I got the keys, I did a pre-move-in inspection. There was many things that were damaged and needed attention at the property. I put work orders in for four different issues; the kitchen faucet leaking, one fan not rotating counterclockwise, the front door seal having a gap (causing bugs and hot air to come in) and a broken light bulb in the back that had the screw thread stuck in the outlet. The only thing that was fixed was the faucet leak. The other work orders were canceled by Katelyn Fishburn without any explanation or notice. I personally had to call the maintenance department and ask why these work orders were canceled. Katelyn told me it was because this property was getting new management in three weeks. So for the three weeks that I still had this property management company, they were not fixing any work orders Katelyn told me. The fact that I had to call myself because Katelyn canceled all of the work orders without any explanation was very irritating. I also tried to put a work order in for a 3 inch dent in the drywall that was there before moving in. It looked like it was patched before, and there is a hole in the wall where the dent is so you can see inside the wall. Katelyn told me this was not being fixed because it is cosmetic. Since there is a hole in the wall, bugs can crawl in there and make a bigger issue as time goes on… but Katelyn didn’t seem to care. As of the other day, I have a new property management company and they are already reaching out to contractors to come fix all of these issues that keystone’s maintenance team refused to fix. Definitely don’t recommend this property management company because of maintenance itself… When you rent a property, you don’t want to have to worry about fixing things…that’s what the maintenance department is for. So the fact that they refused to fix anything besides a leaking faucet is very sad. Anybody that rents would not want to rent from a place that refuses to fix anything that’s damaged or needs attention… I would never rent from this company again and I would not recommend anyone to rent from this company. Horrible communication and maintenance team.

I moved from Lima, Ohio to Clarksville Tn n before I moved I got in touch with them still in Ohio I was working with Teresa L and she's actually the one that found the apartment for me still in Ohio, I watch a video I fell in love with the apartment so much room and very clean when I moved in. They also take section 8 voucher too. The staff at Keystone help me along the way to get me down here. I have a 2 bedroom 1 bath W/D hooked up in its own room. The kitchen I like perfect n a dishwasher I don't use I prefer washing them instead. I'm so glad that I got this apartment.

I have had the best experience renting my home with Keystone. Moving from Alaska to Kentucky was very difficult and Danielle was there to assist me every step of the was. The process was seamless and although I was delayed in my arrival due to vehicle problems, Danielle was patient with me and assured my everything would be ok and was a great comfort during this anxious period in my life. Danielle is a true professional.

Where do I start I was relocating and found a home they were managing online. When I did the walk thru with their realtor I was told the home would be cleaned as there was a ton of the owners belonging stored in the garage (furniture including beds and chairs, tools, miscellaneous items). I was told these items would be removed however when I moved in the house was still dirty. Had a poor paint job and there were dead bugs in the fridge and the fridge was broken and made a loud noise none stop. I was horrified! The kitchen sink had a leak, It took me 2 hours to fully clean an empty house. I was also told the house was electric however, the heat was gas so when I moved in, in the middle of winter me and my family were forced to freeze for two days because the gas was shut off due to the gas company being closed over the weekend. The dishwasher stopped working and the repair man said it was because it was filled with dead roaches behind the keypad which I had no knowledge of. 3 months into me moving in the batteries in almost everything including light bulbs went dead. I was told 6 months into me moving in that the owner wanted to sell the property and wasn’t going to renew my lease so I was forced to save an additional couple thousand for move in cost somewhere else after spending at least 6k to relocate. I even considered another keystone property, however when I called to see if someone would show me one of their townhomes I was told I needed to fill out an application first before I could see it. I explained to them that I was already a current tenant and that it made absolutely no sense for me to spend money to apply for a property I may not even like WHILE STILL BEING A TENANT WHO PAID ON TIME! In an attempt to get the house ready for sale the owner began inconveniencing me by having people show up to the home unannounced to get the home ready for sale including pressure washing the house (with water I was paying for) and painting the deck so I couldn’t access the deck for a whole 3 days because it was wet and needed to dry. My final straw was when I moved out I had the carpet area professionally cleaned and cleaned the house from top to bottom only for them to take ALL of my deposit because they said I left the appliance dirty which was a lie I cleaned every appliance thoroughly which did not matter because they were old appliances from the 90’s that the owner ended up throwing away because I saw the appliances they claimed I left dirty outside on the curb when I drove past. They also charged me to have the furniture the owner was storing prior to move in removed even though it was there before I moved in. Then they charged me a BS fee to have the new property management company to verify that I pay my rent on time. They do not inspect or clean their STAY AWAY FROM THESE GREEDY SLUMLORDS!!
