Lisa has been very awesome too us since we had to leave do to my wife having to relocate to a new Job. I came on here and blasted a bad review towards them do to a mis-understanding between me and Richard that got out of hand and I apologize for the review I made towards them. I have now talked to Lisa and she is the greatest she is doing everything possible to make thing's rite for me and my family. I realize that it is not her or Richards fault for the lies other people. They have turned out to be very sweet and understanding people and I will do business with them in the future for sure. Thank you Lisa and Richard for everything you guy's are trying to do to make thing's rite for me.

As prospective tenants, we approached the leasing process with the reasonable expectation of clarity, fairness, and respect. Instead, our efforts to engage in thoughtful dialogue and request revisions to the lease were met with a level of hostility that bordered on theatrical. Evan’s dismissive characterization of our clarification questions as “bullshit back and forth” was not only unprofessional, it was stunning in its arrogance. It’s clear that constructive communication is not only unwelcome here, it’s actively punished. Asking for a lease revision is not an insult, unless, your authority is so fragile that it cannot withstand basic questions. Evan tried to strong arm me on the phone saying that if we didn’t sign the lease as-is before the end of the day, he will move on to 1 of 3 tenants ready to sign. By the way, this unit has been vacant since November 2024. In the end, we declined to proceed not because of the property, but because renting from them would have meant entering into an agreement built on hostility, not trust. If you value transparency and mutual respect, you may want to look elsewhere. There are many property managers in the DFW area, and there is also not a shortage of places to live so steer clear of Keyrenter DFW Mid-Cities. If I could rate this below 1 star, I would. They will probably respond to this review claiming this to be untrue as most companies who do wrong do.

I've had a great experience working with Keyrenter. They’ve done an excellent job managing my rental property—very responsive, professional, and proactive. They've consistently sourced high-quality tenants, and I appreciate their attention to detail. It’s also great knowing they’re a family-owned, local DFW business that really understands the market. Highly recommend!

When I started looking for property management companies, I spent hours/ days comparing services, cost, responsiveness and reviews. I called several service providers and met with around six of them and to be honest I am really glad I found KeyRenter, because working with them has been just a fantastic experience. In my case they have been EXTREMELY fast finding a tenant (literally in less than 2-3 weeks after property is vacant). The service they offer is exactly what I was lookin for and while they provide a nice customer experience to the tenants, they really look for the best interest of the landlord which makes me feel very comfortable as a property owner. For this and more, I highly recommend their services, working with Richard, Lisa and Evan has been a really good experience.
