I had a very enjoyable experience for my first visit at Fleet feet. Arrived at 10:30 AM on a Friday and was able to meet with the staff member in under five minutes. He took me through the entire process in science behind finding the perfect shoe. He was patient with me while I tried on several different brands, models and sizes. Anthony provided excellent customer service in the overall experience was very positive.

This was just a top-notch experience from beginning to end. The technology was fascinating and helpful. My sales person was attentive and kind, and very knowledgeable. I ended up with the most comfortable shoes and inserts I’ve ever worn, and it turns out I’ve been wearing the wrong size shoe all along. And, as if there needed to be anything else, I felt like the prices were very much in line with going to a place like Dick’s Sporting Goods (if not cheaper) where you get no service.

Jacob at the Short Pump location was an excellent sales representative. He took me through the measuring process , explained the results, listened carefully to fitting issues and preferences and made knowledgeable recommendations. I chose two pairs of well fitted shoes. I will certainly return for all my walking/running shoes. I highly recommend Jacob.
