My experience at indigo Yoga was amazing. I felt relaxed, so comfortable and so much better, I mean You truly need to just unplug sometimes. The World is a busy place demanding We show up. This is a great way to rest, recharge and restore. My favorite class is with Donna but all the classes are key to putting Your best self out there. I highly recommend!!!

Attending classes at Indigo Yoga Studio has truly transformed my life. Cristina, my yoga instructor, is one of the most exceptional instructors I have ever encountered. Her unwavering commitment and motivational spirit have been instrumental in helping me navigate through some of the most challenging periods of my life and have guided me through the practice of yoga. I am genuinely grateful for all the assistance and sincerely hope that others can experience the same profound impact. I highly recommend the studio, especially Cristina’s class. I've been going to Indigo for almost a year now and I'm so happy I found this yoga studio! There are so many different types of classes and workshops and it's really opened my eyes to more than just yoga! Each teacher has their own style but I enjoy them all. Also has a great location in Caldwell. Definitely recommend!
