Arrived right on time, diagnosed the problem, retrieved a replacement part from his truck & quickly made the necessary repair. He was here no more than 20 minutes. Excellent service! I highly recommend this company!

Megan ZamoranoRUN!! NOT RELIABLE!! WILL NO SHOW!! I called on December 1, and spoke with a woman that informed they couldn't get to my home until Friday, December 9. I was okay with waiting given the high praise I had heard about this company. I made the appointment for December 9 to have my washer repaired between 12 pm and 2 pm. Nobody ever came to repair my washer. At 2:30 pm, I called and left a voicemail stating I had an appointment and nobody ever showed up, said I was home and to send someone over and to call me back. I got crickets. At 4:00 pm, still no call back, no technician came to my home to repair the washer. I called back at that time, left another message with my address, phone number letting them know we expect them to follow through with the appointment we scheduled. It is now 5:00 pm and I've come to realize this company is complete joke. Please disregard the positive reviews and if someone gives them a good recommendation, know that you will likely waste your whole day waiting for someone that will NEVER follow through with the appointment they scheduled.
RobVery professional, courteous, knowledgeable and on-time. Needing a new refrigerator was not what we wanted to hear, but Matt did not try to sell a repair that wasn’t appropriate or lasting. Will definitely use them again!
