I took my newly imported Honda N WGN Custom (barely 500KM driven after import, with a total mileage of 18,500KM) to them for a general checkup on March 18, 2025. They charged me 5,000 PKR just to inspect the spark plugs and throttle. I specifically asked them to check if anything needed to be repaired or replaced, and they assured me that everything was 100% fine—especially the spark plugs, which they claimed were “like brand new.” On my way home from their workshop, I noticed a slight misfire but assumed it was due to the fuel (I had coincidentally filled up with regular petrol instead of my usual high-octane that day). However, after driving less than 100KM, the spark plugs broke, and their tips fell into the cylinder, causing a misfire in one of the cylinders. When I called them, they told me to bring the car in, so I had it towed—costing me another 5,500 PKR. Upon arrival, they claimed the entire engine needed to be replaced, quoting 150,000 PKR plus additional costs for engine oil, etc. They completely denied any possibility that their mechanic could have misjudged or mistakenly replaced the spark plugs and instead blamed me for not changing them—despite having explicitly told me they were in perfect condition. Why would I take my 4M PKR car to them for a checkup, pay 5,000 PKR, and then ignore the mechanic if he had actually advised me to replace the spark plugs (which would’ve cost barely 10,000 PKR)? Their response was completely unprofessional, and I highly do not recommend them.

I had been struggling for weeks with a persistent Brake Hold error (C0023-14) on my Honda Civic 1.8 Oriel. Despite functional brake lights and a healthy switch, the system kept failing. While others said to replace VSA modular unit (ABS), Mr. ABDUL WAHEED diagnosed the issue with exceptional precision, tracing the fault beyond the obvious — a broken wire between Fuse A09 and the Relay Connector C18 (Pin 6), which disrupted the Brake Diag (+B STOP) circuit. This level of troubleshooting required deep electrical understanding and careful testing. Once the broken segment was identified and repaired, all related issues were resolved, including Brake Hold and Cruise Control functionality. The error has not returned since. Highly recommended for anyone facing complex electrical faults in Honda vehicles. Honest, methodical, and technically strong.
