I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I experienced at your [location] service center on 19-4-25. The conditions and service quality were far below the standards I expected from an authorized Honda facility. *Issues Faced: 1. **Unclean Waiting Area** – The seating area was dirty and not properly maintained. 2. **Lack of Basic Amenities** – No tea, coffee for waiting customers. 3. **No Air Conditioning** – The waiting area was extremely uncomfortable due to the absence of AC. 4. **Hygiene Issues** – Presence of flies made the environment unprofessional and unpleasant. As a loyal Honda customer, I am deeply disappointed by this experience. I expect better service standards, especially when paying for maintenance/repairs.

Visited Honda Township Lahore for the first oil change at 5,000 km. Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The senior technician staff appeared disinterested—only the most junior technician was working, while the seniors sat idle and didn’t even inspect the work being done. The customer sitting area was also poorly maintained, with dirt and bees flying around. I raised a concern about a possible manufacturing defect, but the staff member handling warranty claims was dismissive and initially refused to accept that a fault could come from the company’s side. It took a long argument before he finally agreed to file the claim. Overall, the staff seemed indifferent to customer concerns and displayed an unprofessional attitude. A very poor experience—strongly not recommended to visit this showroom.

Very bad customer service, extremely non accommodating staff. I went there for my civic 11th generation steering rack issue, the warranty claim supervisor kept misguiding me and after wasting my time for a week he said that the replacement case has been rejected from Honda Atlas factory. However i later visited honda ring road, they reassured me that my claim is valid and put forward my request to Honda atlas. Just yesterday i got the call from honda ring road dealership and my steering rack was replaced under warranty. I do not recommend visiting honda township at all.

ا لسَـــــــلاَمُ عَلَيــْــكُم وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَبَرَكـَـاتُۃ It’s was really good to visit honda township. Staff was professional and well trained. Have good nice welcome. Talk honest not like Kia and other showrooms (greed for sale n commission), and that was most good part. Environment, ambiance really nice. Interactive multimedia was really good to see and explore all features of new cars. I will recommend to visit. Only thing missing was trial of car, that’s why 4-star, otherwise it’s sure 5-star, nearly by all dimensions. Keep it up honda ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍 جزاكم الله خيرا
