With a lifetime of renting I've been with many companies with many experiences ranging all the way from nightmare to blissful, and JMZ is right up there at the top of the spectrum. All the staff have been prompt, polite and professional. The process and paperwork streamlined and near painless. Lawrence went above and beyond to ensure that as well. Rental shopping is usually about the least enjoyable experience, but he made it the opposite. He was very patient, polite and accommodating with my wife and in my opinion proved a prime example of good leadership / management.
