Very inefficient service. I had my Mechatronic box sealed by them, but it only lasted around two weeks. I ended up having the same job done by a local mechanic who was much more knowledgeable and affordable. When he removed the mechatronic box, he sent me a video of the previous work done by UK Gearbox Ltd. Shockingly, they hadn't even changed the gasket—they just used silicone to seal the leak! I mean, come on, guys, you should have replaced the gasket to properly fix the issue. You charged me £350 for this subpar work. It's nothing short of robbery! Not recommended at all unless you are allowed to see what they are doing or unless they provide photographic or video evidence of the work.

This is a great mechanical garage that I used for 25 yrs for all mechanical issues and servicing on my personal vehicle and my company vehicles and can honestly say I have never suffered an issue after work being completed! Great friendly staff and very knowledgeable! Would highly recommend this place.
