Extremely disappointed by the service - there are better places in Harrow without a doubt. Spend your time wisely and look elsewhere. Took my car for a normal service, and since I have had an annoying clicking sound on my wheels. They said it was a "coincidence" it happened to happen after my service. I have since then tried to fix a leak with door, I first took my car to them and they said they were too busy and told me to call next week. I did exactly that and called them before hand in which they said I can bring it in. I take my car to them and they said they cannot do it in cold weather. This was never mentioned and they never explained the process - I had cancelled my shift to take the car to them blantly responding in a very arrogant way. I would never recommend this place again, very expensive, very arrogant and poor communication from the members there. I would rather they originally tell me that they are unable to do the work instead of wasting my time.
