They do not read what is written to them in the 'Contact' form, they simply reply asking unrelated questions, making it quite clear they do not know why you contacted them in the first place. If they cannot read a few simple sentences before reaching out to me I would not trust them to handle any real estate transaction that would obviously require much more attention to detail than they seem capable of.
