We are from Ohio and Kentucky so the difficulties of not knowing the areas and details made it a challenge so having a knowledgeable connected agent was important. We are fortunate to have gotten a hold of Lori and her team they did lots of leg work and we had several conference calls narrowing the choices leading to a second trip and we put boots on the ground after meeting at her office focussing in on several properties and we ended up with a great deal on 38 plus acres and the partnership they have with Alyeska title helped the closing go so smoothly. I would like to compliment Tanya Hegg for a fantastic job at working vigorously to sell our valley home. Tanya is not only friendly but easily approachable. The selling experience was made simple to understand. Tanya made the effort to sell our home quickly given a short time constraint. She is thorough, precise, and fair. She makes every attempt to understand the needs of her clients and remains calm and impartial in some of the most prickly situations while maintaining the utmost professionalism. She is compassionate about her work. For these reasons, I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

If I could give a zero star and spend money to promote this review I would. Marnice was very apathetic to our interests in renting a place, enough to where she wasn’t even the one who showed us the place. I Was told she, “preferred texting” but had been very delayed responding to texts (upwards of a day, multiple occasions) and that’s before I mention the many unanswered calls that we had made. She had been incredibly abrupt and rude and throughout the week and a half we tried to follow up on our application. Only to be told they had gone with another applicant. A very disappointing and miserable experience.

I will shed just a little more on that situation as well. My husband and I have 5 children. We save as much as we can. We wanted a log house with some acreage, and we found it. However, we found out that we couldn't get a loan based off Daniels career (salesman). So we then turned to his retired Army mother for help acquiring the loan, because we liked the house so much. However, as time went on and we found out that her VA lender here in Texas needed additional paperwork to prepare a pre approval, the agent decided that the lender was taking to long and we were somehow at fault for his bank taking too long. Not only that, we cancelled our inspection (on time I might add) due to the fact that a crib septic is NOT able to be financed through the VA, as well as being a VA lender in Texas he could not continue working with us for a house in Alaska, nor get to the number we needed to be at. Three things out of our control and this agency still wanted to steal our money that we have saved for. Apparently, they don't adhere to the laws that govern the state regarding real estate matters such as this. When dealing with earnest monies, it shall be returned to the buyer if they cannot get financed.... it's that simple and it's stated in law. Apparently this agency has no respect for families, or veterans of the United States military. Please do you families a favor and stay far away from these very uneducated, unethical agents. I have bought two homes in my life time... never have I come across such disregard for regulations, or people in general. I don't even think the seller knows what this agency was doing on her behalf.... or putting us through. We are trying to find means to find a house for our family.. it's as ridiculous as stealing money from the poor .... because they can't afford the house you are selling... insane logic. Brittany better go back to school and pick a different profession, you are a devious person.
