As a tourist from another country requiring an emergency dental visit, I found the Dentists and support staff at Place De Ville very professional & accommodating with my requirements (broken tooth). Not only did they fit me in same day, they also managed to complete a Crown procedure in under 24 hrs. which allowed my travel itinerary to go uninterrupted. The procedures were comfortable with no problems afterwards. They were also very supportive with documentation required for my travel insurance claim. The place can be a little tricky to find but it's worth it & reception were very helpful & provided guidance prior to the first visit. Highly recommended :)

Just wanted to make a public apology. This dentist is amazing. He made sense of serious issues I had that I wasnt aware of such as sinus infections. Unfortunately I was going through a lot of personal issues and I got veneers for my own reasons and blamed him for my own choice. I filed a formal complaint and Dr. Paradatos was investigated for a few years. I am so sorry because I now realize he didn't do anything and he actually overall helped my problems, in realizing underlying issues as well. I highly recommend him.

Back in 2014, 11 years ago, they had messed my file by overbooking me for cleaning. When my insurance denied it (after the procedure, after i asked the staff to make sure it would be covered since it seemed too fast) the staff said not to worry. A few years later I get a bill with a threat to send me for collection. Called them multiple times, no call backs, had to go in person to get an answer. They explained they had changed management and it was just a mistake. Fast forward to today, I get yet another "urgent" bill for services rendered in 2014. Called them but of course they're closed for March break. That's not even touching the terrible experiences I had there. Avoid this clinic if you can.

Beautiful office! I recently moved to Ottawa, had a toothache and my boss recommended me to go see this clinic conveniently placed downstairs from where I work. They saw me right away, I saw Dr. Papadatos who who took care of me immediately. Very professional and explained everything that needed to be done now and in the future. Very thorough. I had a root canal and before I knew it I was told it was over. Didn't feel a thing...too busy looking at the tv on the ceiling. The hygienist I saw was great too! Very happy with the referral. Super clean environment.
