Grace MelanieWorst experience and staff response.. I booked an appointment online thru Fresha App, appointment confirmed with Ms Cheryl. I waited and waited and waited but Cheryl never turned up.. On enquiring with the staff - she said “i dont have her number” 😳.. which is not fair.. later she contacted thru Messenger but no response from Cheryl.. I was suggested to leave by saying. “Cheryl wouldn’t have been realized that she got an appointment..!!! I came all the way - paid for the taxi - cancelled my other appointments— and this is the response i got… It’s disgusting 😠
