Very poor customer service when calling up to ask about prices and services. Young girl called leah answered the phone and was very blunt. Was told it is £60 for a cut and blow dry, very over priced in my opinion. Didn’t end up booking as was put off the customer service and the price.

Not happy at all! I sent a message on Facebook and I asked how much is a wash and blow dry and answer was start from 35, but I didn't imagine it could cost 58£. Better to say that is between 35-60 . If I had known before, I would not have come. You can find this service better then here and cheaper. Disappointed!

Fabulous first hairdressing salon experience for my 14 y.o. Granddaughter. Bev was brilliant. Excellent initial consultation. She went through every aspect of the cut my Granddaughter had requested, asking questions about how she would normally wear he hair both in school and at home, explaining how it would be done, what to expect and how best to manage the new style before beginning cutting. Very attractive salon. Lovely decor and a friendly feel and warm welcome. Thank you Bev.

Disappointed with your service today to be honest, it will mean I will look throughout an array of hairdressers / competition for an alternative, despite my last hair experience being really great. I came in during my work day to speak to a staff member for what would take 2 minutes. I was left waiting for ten minutes to start, no hello and when someone did speak to me, I was told that I would have to come back, despite the fact I would be booking a future appointment and needed very simple advice. Could that person not have been friendlier and a little bit more helpful? my opinion of the salon has gone down now. Its a shame
