Indigo Yoga

Came here to add a 5 star review and was so glad to see that they already had 5 stars!! I love this place so much that I decided to move away from a classpass membership and towards a membership directly with the studio because I wanted to support the magic they’ve built there. I’ve been coming here for a few months and the gentle accepting energy that they bring to their practices is helping me change my life. I’m in the middle of a bad breakup and have had a few (mortifying) weeping sessions during and after class, and every single teacher and staff member has offered me a hug. They even offered me a free sauna session and just the opportunity to linger around the studio as long as I needed. It is such a great and safe space to feel welcomed and loved.

Excellent combo class with pilates and yoga. This is a nice change for those who practice yoga exclusively. Jennifer is an excellent teacher proposing alternative movements for both experienced and new students. The class can be as challenging as you choose.

A great studio, and Brandi is a terrific teacher. Her instructions are clear. Her practice thoughtfully develops each flow, providing excellent guidance for both the starting and experienced yoga student. She creates a warm and inviting environment to learn and practice. Highly recommend.
