Terrible experience. We took our cockapoo bichon there. We have had a grooming done from a different place and the hair cut was way better. Hollywoof cut him short all over so it didn’t look like they have any talent just a bunch of hacks with a buzzer. We didn’t like the cut but still paid because at this point it was already done. We took him home and all of a sudden there was blood on us from him . We checked his nails that they cut and yes they were bleeding. We called Hollywoof and the owner says oh it happens all the time and she has powder. No if you actually know how to cut nails then they won’t bleed. Asked for a refund she refused. Won’t be going back. Our dog is in pain do not take your dog there.

A last minute appointment brought us here. They cut him way too short but we know at this point nothing to do about it and went home. After getting home we noticed blood on our shorts and followed it back to his nails discovering they cut the quick (vein inside the nail). Furious we returned only for the owner to tell us “happens all the time” and added some powder on the nail. We said we weren’t happy (expecting some sort of refund) only for her to shrug and proceed to tell us he didn’t like the crate. Which was completely irrelevant. At $90 we were expecting a level of professionalism that certainly wasn’t found at HollyWoof. Take your money elsewhere.
