Despite meeting jointly with the salesperson and electrician to discuss the plan for wiring, Raynor did not complete the installation as discussed and left electrical wires hanging. The door is beautiful but I would NOT recommend using them unless you are very specific in writing about what is included in the installation. So disappointed as a little effort in customer service would have remedied this.

My garage door opener just stopped working Monday morning. I called that afternoon and setup an appointment for the next day. The person on the phone was friendly. The technician (Mike) called when he was about 20 minutes out. He was friendly and had the problem solved in no time. He fixed it and did an overall check on my door as well. To me, the easiest part of any business is being friendly and responsive. Oh, and the price was very fair. I'll continue to call them for any future needs.

Mike from Raynor replaced a belt on our garage door opener. The scheduling was easy and Mike was here the next day and got our door working better than ever. He also gave me some tips on increasing the life of the belt. We've used Raynor many times over the years and they always come right away and charge fair prices.

I had the main rolling gate to my farm go down. Raynor sent out a crew almost immediately. They diagnosed the problem and even had the electronic board and fixed the problem. Serviced the gate too. The service team kept me informed and we're so very professional. I could not be happier with the company.
