​A Truly Exceptional Stay: Outstanding Service by Savitri, Dasaratha, Sandeep, and Viraj ​Hotel: The Park Hotel, New Delhi, India ​I recently completed an absolutely fantastic 2 week stay at The Park Hotel in New Delhi, and the experience was made truly memorable by the exceptional members of the hotel team. I must give special recognition to four staff members whose dedication and professionalism deserve the highest praise: Savitri, Dasaratha, Sandeep, and Viraj. ​Impeccable Room Cleaning and Maintenance ​The cleanliness of the rooms, managed consistently by Savitri and Dasaratha, was flawless. Returning to my room 419, felt like stepping into a peaceful, pristine retreat every single day. The attention to detail from perfectly made beds and sparkling clean surfaces to the fully stocked amenities showed a true commitment to excellence. Their hard work ensures that guests enjoy the highest level of comfort and hygiene. ​Exemplary ​Beyond the beautiful room cleaning, the service extended by the entire team, including Sandeep and Viraj, was outstanding. ​Sandeep and Viraj were incredibly professional and courteous. Whether assisting with daily needs, managing specific requests, or simply offering a warm, genuine greeting, their commitment to guest satisfaction was evident. They handled all interactions with efficiency and a helpful attitude that made me feel truly valued. ​Their combined efforts embody the best of hospitality. The cheerful disposition of the staff, especially Savitri, Dasaratha, Sandeep, and Viraj, significantly enhanced my entire visit. They are valuable assets to The Park Hotel, and I highly recommend that management recognize their stellar contributions. ​Thank you all for making my stay in New Delhi so pleasant and comfortable. I had a very comfortable stay at The Park Hotel, Connaught Place. Special thanks to Chef Ravinder for preparing a delicious fasting khichri — really appreciated the personal touch! The housekeeping staff, especially Vijay and his team, kept everything neat and pleasant. The food was a bit on the spicier side for me, but overall, I really liked it. Also loved the denim uniforms of the waiters — smart and practical!

We were about 14 of us, (all vegetarian) who dined at Myst. The buffet had fewer options than non veg at same price. Ambience was very nice and luxurious. We were attended very well by Ishak. He really made our evening memorable with with warm smile and prompt service .

I had an outstanding experience during my recent visit - an easy 10 out of 10. The food was absolutely exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond with their attentiveness and friendliness. Room service was top-notch and housekeeping was equally impressive.
