I recently stayed at Hotel Nirmal mahal in Delhi Paharganj and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's location is ideal, with easy access to Nearest Metro Ramakrishna ashram Marg metro and New Delhi Railway station and local attractions. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay. The staff was exceptionally courteous and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The service was prompt, and the hospitality made us feel right at home. The ambiance of the hotel is both peaceful and inviting, making it a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Delhi. Overall, Hotel Nirmal mahal exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip!

We've stayed here multiple times, and the rooms are quite good for the price—definitely a value-for-money deal. The service is reliable, and the staff is friendly and cooperative. If you're planning to stay in Paharganj, this is a good choice and stands out compared to other hotels in the area. However, the washrooms could use better maintenance and some improvements

Please avoid this hotel. With this price you can get a lot better room in the same area. We had to change the room like 5 times (!!!) Because the AC is not working. Then they made it work in one of the rooms but we had to change because there was a horrible smell and bedbugs. The stuff tried to blame my kid for the not working ac and tv (??) And they did not give me a refund either. I planned to came here to rest but was tossed around from room the room for 2 nights that I had booked it. Please dont go there, pick some other hotel. Im so shocked of this experience....we had to stay up really late at both nights because we had to wait for someone to come fix these stuff. Absolutely horrific

Extremely Disappointed with the Stay I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience left me no choice. From the moment we checked in, the service was completely unprofessional. The front desk staff was indifferent and seemed annoyed by basic questions. The room was nothing like the pictures online. It was poorly maintained — dirty bedsheets, a leaking bathroom faucet, and a musty smell that never went away despite airing the room. The AC barely worked, making it hard to sleep in the heat. To make things worse, there was loud noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms throughout the night, and the hotel staff did nothing about it despite multiple complaints. For the price we paid, the experience was unacceptable.
