Dr. Horsey and his staff are amazing. They listen to the patient. They are professional, and friendly. I’ve been to the midlothian and Henrico offices and both are clean and great atmospheres. I am glad I chose this orthodontist.

We met Dr. Omar for the first time last week as we had been a patient of Dr. Dunlevy, but it wasn’t quite time to begin treatment. The staff here is friendly and welcoming. We sat down with the benefits coordinator/business manager to discuss our insurance benefits and finance plan. She is amazing and so kind. We asked to be on a call list for an earlier appointment if the appliances arrived sooner and there were an appointment available. This morning we received that call and it worked so much better with our schedule. Dr. Omar discussed the treatment plan with us and presented with clarity and made us feel very comfortable. He was patient, answered our questions and never made us feel rushed or like he needed to be elsewhere. I literally left the office excited for my daughter! I had asked friends about their experiences with other orthodontists, “just in case,” but I can unequivocally say that we will not be going anywhere else and are looking forward to getting to know the staff and Dr. Omar over the next couple of years. It is great to have found a practice where both the practitioners and the office staff are so great!

Name changed but still same outstanding service. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Dr Omar takes his time to explain procedures and patiently answers any questions. I travel appropriately 50 miles one way and the drive is well worth it. I would definitely recommend this orthodontic practice.

Filed Grievance ,unfit doctor . All because my child is on Medicaid “You did my daughter wrong. The doctor is very responsible . Why you treat a child without no care?No call back to remove this spacer off my child teeth that’s been in her mouth for a whole YEAR! Since March of last year. The front desk lady is devil in disguise aswell. I rebuke her evil ways in the name of Jesus . She perpetrate a fake fraud because my daughter is,(black) and the staff don’t want my child to have a pretty smile . Haters Don’t go here!!!!!! Dr. Logan or “Candice “, as her assistant would say, is not the best caretakers for Good patients. You mindset is trifling . Very racist assistant for colored single parents. Just hateful. This assistant yelled at my child because the parent asked to see her teeth. Failed at preparing my child retainer in measurement you should’ve known I’m not going to allow you to talk or treat my child any kinda way like a dog ragg you can just keep bringing her for inadequate measurement for her teeth. Refused my daughter for service because they want the Dr. on maturity leave to finish it now they refuse complete process while the Dr Candice look 👀 I as they would say is on leave. These racist people have the nerve to be liarsSo now they don’t want to continue her care cause they thought I would allow them to yelll at my child. Questioning her about something I asked in private with the assistant. Very unprofessional. That’s not fine, I will find better service without racial profiling racism behavior disrespect towards my child. They Dr is never available and I’m not feeling the set up. Prejudice service.
