I honestly cannot recommend this garage highly enough. I had had a nightmare with my car, and was quoted an outrageous price by another garage so decided to try this place as the reviews were good. I’m so pleased I did and will be coming here for any future work I need doing to the car. Gary and John were great. Incredibly friendly and straightforward, listened to me explain the issue, took the car for a test drive with me in the car, looked under the bonnet, again with me, whilst explaining clearly what the issue was (without being patronising!) Then just to make sure, asked a colleague for a second opinion, who repeated the process and again acted professionally and politely. They then explained clearly the work that needed to be done to repair the car, and broke the cost down into the cost of the part, cost for labour and VAT. They kept me updated as repairs went on and were happy to answer any questions I had. They were also very flexible with when I could drop off and collect the car, which is important as I am a teacher and so have very strict timings to adhere to. So impressed with the service I received. Straightforward, friendly, polite and reasonably priced.
