Staff is professional and competent always. Pam at the front desk is a standout, always greets you with a smile, knows her job very well and makes the experience always pleasant. I have a very high opinion of Dr. E'S skills and professionalism. He listens, he is kind but also makes sure you understand the benefits and risks of every treatment. He has gotten me through some difficult procedures [ root canals resulting from me ignoring his advice to remove my silver fillings) and they were done as surprising painlessly. His approach is preventative care and maintenance and he offers me advice on how to clean and address issues with my teeth on an ongoing basis. He has been my kids dentist too and he is excellent with kids. He wants them to be comfortable and at ease at the dentist. Highly recommend this dentist!

Absolutely amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff (Admira & Pam) went above and beyond. They were outstanding, kind, and truly did the most to make me feel comfortable and supported. The hygienist ( forgot her name) and the doctor were equally incredible. They took their time to explain everything thoroughly, answered all my questions, and made the entire experience feel easy and stress-free. I genuinely felt cared for at every step. Highly recommend this clinic!

Outstanding Dental Hygienist – Alicia I had a wonderful experience with Alicia, my dental hygienist. She was incredibly thorough and attentive throughout my appointment, taking the time to assess exactly what my teeth and gums needed. What stood out most was how confidently she chose the right course of treatment—not just for the cleaning itself, but for my post-cleaning care as well. C. Reisinger

I’d give 0 stars if I could. My sister went in to have her wisdom teeth removed, and the dentist who treated her was extremely rude and unprofessional. She had originally planned to have three teeth removed, but after the first extraction she felt very uncomfortable with how it was handled and chose not to proceed with the others. The dentist’s response was dismissive. He simply handed her a prescription and said, “Go find another place for the other two.” During the procedure, he didn’t administer enough freezing, and when he aggressively pulled out the tooth, he touched another one. She could feel everything and even told him, but instead of showing concern, he responded rudely. This kind of behaviour shows a complete lack of care and professionalism. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
