Kevin FloydThe owner is a very emotional guy. Only too ready to abuse and if his age allowed would no doubt also use physical aggression. Be careful when dealing with this guy. If you can you may want to consider/explore other options. His business mot’d my van this week. (Thankfully it passed with no added expense or advisories) Immediately after which I took the van straight home parked it on private land. 13 hours after collecting the van from his business I noticed orange paint on the front passenger side wing. The van wasn’t hit while I was driving back from this business to home. Home is on private land . So I phoned the business and said his mechanic must have hit one of his pillar ramps because I have orange paint on my front wing. His reply? “We do not have orange pillars to our ramps!” After the phone call ended I googled the business for its number and there on full show were four ORANGE pillars. So after a no contact drive home who would not reach the conclusion with orange paint on a now damaged front wing matching the colour of the paint on his ramp pillars either he or his mechanics had something to do with the damage? I drove back over to the business there I was met with “P offs” Get your effing van away from here I don’t ever want to see it back here” “Pillock” and two shuffles from the owner clearly wanting to use force to remove me from his business. Make of it what you will but in recent weeks he was unable to fit in replacing brake pads, discs, handbrake repair and service amounting to £900. After the mot of the above van I booked in my other van for service but needless to say following his rant and intended physically handling he has obviously lost that £300 service charge as well. Look elsewhere for your friendly business owner and trusted mechanics.
