DanNeeded a van at short notice as I was messed around by the clowns at Enterprise Yeovil. Dorset Vehicle Rentals were very quick to respond to my request, and the service I had throughout was excellent, the gentleman that served me was brilliant (Matthew, I believe). In the future I will definitely use Dorset Rentals! I won’t waste my time with the other companies in the area.
Inday GraciaThis Rental service was the 2nd that we tried, no hidden Charges, negotiable and has integrity in doing business. Organized as well with communicating transactions and very transparent. They have records of all scratches on the vehicle and asked to point out ones that are not in the tab so they can update it in their system prior to giving us the key of the vehicle. Enjoyed our trip to Cornwall with one of their Vans, no problem encointered with the vehicle at all.

I was originally swaying towards this company as the reviews were so good but the price was also the best compared to others around. The company were very friendly and made it easy to pick up the van. My husband was given a good tour of the van to explain how everything worked and was able to ask as many questions as he needed. The van itself was the perfect size and was nice and secure for everything we needed to fit in to it. It was nice and clean and clearly well looked after. The company itself were just very easy going and made renting off of them very easy. I would definitely use again if needed.
