Only treated kitchen, not any other rooms. The owner said they will go behind the sink in the outlets, lies. Second appointment was in the afternoon. Called to say in half in hour. It doesn't work that way it's what works for me. Still have insects and will have to treat on my own. By the way second treatment there is no charge and they were charging me. Crooks and bad work.

If I could put 0 stars I would. One of the worst experiences hiring a company in my life. I had bed bugs, they sent someone that made us feel they were going to do a good job, charged us almost $1000. We left for a few hours to let him do the job like they asked, but he NEVER called us or texted us to update us and tell us how it went or that he was even done. I had to reach out to him to ask how it was going. First warning sign. When we came back there were MASSIVE heat/chemical stains on the brand new mattress from sloppy rushed work (I’ve had treatments before), it didn’t look like he actually treated every room in the house, there were massive clumping of white powder in random places around the room. And not only that, but when I reached out regarding the stains, he never responded. I reached out to the owner of the company, and it turns out our exterminator had gone to the hospital that night because he was sick. So this company sent someone SICK to our apartment and it’s probably why he did such a sloppy job. But when I tried to be understanding, the owner basically told me I didn’t know what I was talking about and even though the chemical lines on the mattress are very clearly from a machine, said it could be from anything and basically told me to f*** off. Would not give me my money back or pay for a new mattress. Not only that but now two months later I’ve gotten bitten again and neither the exterminator or the owner of the company have responded to my texts. DO NOT GO TO THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY. They will rob you of your money.

I had called them few times before over the past few years, but this last time they came will be the last I call them. They charged $175 + taxes to just put in baits into boxes. Instead of helping to come to a solution, the person who came just argues that we have to close the enclosure with the valve in the kitchen. Regardless of my question on how any rodent can get there, they keep arguing the same thing. I am licensed professional engineer in NYS, personally oversaw my kitchen being built. To close a tiny space in the dining room - $325+tax. The prices are outrageous and professionalism is non-existent. I prefer working with people who actually listen to what I say and try to work with me. Edit: Response from owner is all anyone needs to see about this company.

Amazing company. After calling, in less than 2 hours a person was at my house. Anghel, provided me a great service, he is very polite, and informative; he answered all my questions. I am very satisfied with their work, and I highly recommend them.
