========= 2025-JAN-21 ========= This was 6 months ago, they SCREWED UP AGAIN TODAY! No Show, despite indicating to my SUPER that they covered every Apartment. They even sent a photo of the sign-up sheet, which didn't show my sign-up. Well there are THREE sign-up sheets in my coop and they showed one which did not cover my unit. This is a possible error, but if you make an error, WHY LIE ABOUT IT? ========= 2024-JUL ========= I own a co-op in Kew Gardens, Queens and Broadway Pest Services handles our pest control needs. We have a sign up sheet and we were signed up for today as we were signed up for last month. They were scheduled for today As well as a month ago, and yet our unit wasn't serviced. On both days I was here all day so look at it as 8 hours for two days or 16 hours. I contacted our management company via email to mention this today and by the time things got around to Broadway Pest Services, they had already left and yet again, hadn't serviced our unit or the units in our wing of the building. So I call Broadway Pest Services and they apologized and said things had been rescheduled for Friday. I pointed out that I'm not available on Friday and that why couldn't they send the tech who had "missed" us come back today? After all I'm the one who's been inconvenienced and spent 16 hours waiting for them. They apologized again. It seems that there are a method of doing businesses to "screw up" and then apologize. Overall they do a great job when they have someone who is familiar with the building Handle the service (aka "Jimmy"). And while the website advertises same day service in Manhattan forget it if you're in Queens, or as they said, "Oh we don't have anybody in that area to day" or tomorrow, or Thursday... Even though you skipped and ignored us more than once in the past? So in one STAR review until they service me which will be upgraded depending on the alacrity they apply in taking care of me today or tomorrow (which I doubt).
