When my AC unit went out in September 2024. John from global heating and cooling came out and trying to fix my AC. My AC unit Was over 30 years old And the fan motor went out. He reached out to the manufacturer and other companies to see if he could get a new motor. Parts were scarce. The manufacturer would have to rebuild for a new motor. If the compressor was to go out then the AC unit was gonna Go dead because they didn’t make any parts for the compressor anymore. We decided just to get a Whole new heating and AC system. John took care of all the permits and everything else I needed to be done. John and his crew came in and replaced the whole system within two days. His crew was very friendly and professional. They lay down tarps for the floors and walls to make sure the house was clean and didn’t get dirty.They were knowledgeable in the system that they installed and answered any of my questions and walked me through the process. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you

I've had years of experience dealing with different HVAC companies and reps. Beware of the big advertised shops who don't send technicians, but send commissioned sales reps. Seek referrals. Consider this my referral of Global, if you seek honesty, customer service and support. I placed their biz card on the furnace for future needs and highly recommend.

He was on time. He had the necessary parts in his truck. He showed me broken parts and explained how they broke and what the parts do. He cleaned parts within my furnace with a little elbow grease and made them usable again. He Installed a new air filter I had already purchased in my cold return in my hall ceiling.
