I'm glad I found this dental office, so far, I like it. I recently met with Dr. Timothy James Hoeschen for a consultation, I was impressed by his professionalism. I came in with my own treatment plan, and instead of simply agreeing, he took the time to carefully review it, explain his perspective, and suggest a plan that would be healthier and more realistic long term, while still considering what I wanted. A good communicator for sure. I never felt rushed, he was a good listener, and he made sure I fully understood his concerns and opinions. I left the appointment feeling hopeful and confident that I’m working with a dentist who truly cares about his patients and takes pride in his work.

I recently had a tooth extraction by Dr Serena Wong, one of Ottawa’s top dentists. Dr Wong’s brilliant technical skills, pacing of the procedure and warm rapport with her assistants and patient made this dental surgery a smooth, virtually painless experience. After explaining the procedure in detail, Dr Wong patiently applied local anesthesia to completely numb the damaged tooth and surrounding gum tissue. She then carefully loosened and extracted the tooth, all while gently narrating what she was doing and checking to see if I was experiencing any discomfort. Going forward, I’m confident the implant and restoration procedures to replace the lost tooth will be gold-standard, thanks to Dr. Wong’s professional excellence and passion for patient care. P.S. As a client of Pretoria Bridge Dental for 30+ years, I’ve had occasion to recommend this outstanding practice to family members and friends. Now they and their families are long-time patients, too.
