My renovations are still in progress, but I couldn't wait any longer to write a review for Gil Construction & Remodeling. Starting with the obvious: Their work is top-tier. Like craftsmanship you usually see on Pinterest and dream boards, but actually happening in my home. Every cut, corner, and finish screams high-end quality, but without the high-end price tag. Zero gouging. And not just on the surface...Luis makes sure even the hidden stuff, from high-end insulation to plumbing, is built to last, minimizing future issues at every level, seen or unseen. And they deliver that at whatever your budget is. I've seen work they've done from small budgets to multi-million dollar homes. Then there's Luis. He's highly-skilled, quality-obsessed, approachable, fair, humble, and a joy to work with. No ego. No pushy contractor energy. No making you feel dumb for asking questions or tweaking plans mid-project. I threw out some half-baked bathroom-split idea, and instead of criticizing it in any way, he came back with the most professional 3D renderings and said, so kindly, "Here’s another option I think you might love." (which I totally DID!) He's on site every day, both working and overseeing every detail. He and his team are fast, but never cut corners. If I throw him a wild design request, he finds a way to make it happen beautifully, far better than what I propose every time. Show him an inspo picture, and he brings it to life...identically! Everyone on his team is kind and hard working, as well. Gil Construction is the contractor people wish they had, but I was starting to think didn't exist. Once they're finished, I’ll post photos of their magic.
